Shipping & Delivery Policy
Run InSync does not ship physical goods. Here is how you receive your registration, bib and kit.
Run InSync does not ship or deliver any physical goods. Registration on the Run InSync platform is for participation in the Run InSync running event, which is a service, and no courier or postal delivery is involved.
1. No Physical Shipping
Adventures Beyond Barriers Foundation ("ABBF") does not dispatch products by post, courier or any other shipping method. No shipping charges, delivery timelines or delivery addresses apply to your registration, and you will not be asked to pay for shipping at any stage of checkout.
2. How You Receive Your Registration
After your payment is successfully processed, your registration confirmation is delivered digitally, by on-screen confirmation and by email and/or WhatsApp to the contact details you provided. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it, and contact us if you have not received it within 24 hours of payment.
3. Bib and Participant Kit
Your bib and any participant kit items are collected in person by the participant at the designated collection point, on the dates and at the timings communicated by ABBF before the Event. You will need to carry the identification and confirmation details mentioned in your registration communication. Bibs and kits are not couriered or posted to individual participants. Where ABBF arranges a group handover (for example, through an organisation or partner), this will be communicated to the participants concerned directly. Collection rules and the consequences of not collecting within the stated window are set out in the Return & Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
4. Digital Services
Any digital items related to the Event, such as e-certificates, results or photographs, are made available online or sent electronically to the contact details you provided. They are not shipped.
5. Contact Us
