About

More than a run. A movement.

Run InSync is India’s largest inclusive run – one morning a year when the whole city runs together.

Our story

One start line for everyone.

Run InSync is built on a simple belief: inclusion is experienced before it’s understood. So instead of talking about it, we line up together. First-timers and seasoned runners, families and office teams, people with and without disabilities – one course, one challenge, one finish line.

Somewhere between the warm-up and the dhol at the finish, something shifts. You pace a stranger, a stranger cheers you on, and you leave seeing the people around you – and yourself – a little differently.

Our first edition on 8 February 2025 brought 5,500 runners to the start line. Edition 2 on 14 February 2026 grew to 7,500 runners, including the city’s largest gathering of runners with disabilities.

Run InSync 3.0 is our biggest yet, with a goal of 10,000 runners at Savitribai Phule Pune University on 13 February 2027.

The classic next goal. Train for a few weeks, bring your colleagues or your school team, and run it together. Run it, walk it, roll it – you set the pace.

Training for a half marathon?

Choose chip timing for an official result. A timed 10K in February is a great benchmark on your road to 21K – check your pace, set a personal best and plan your next run.

What we stand for

Together is the whole point.

Together

Runners, walkers, wheelchair users and guides share the same course and the same celebration.

Joy

Music, colour and a finish line full of high-fives. Inclusion should feel like a celebration.

Allyship

Every person who shows up becomes an ally – at work, at school and in the city long after run day.

Adventures Beyond Barriers Foundation

Shared Experiences. Lasting Inclusion.

Run InSync is an initiative of Adventures Beyond Barriers Foundation (ABBF), Pune. ABBF uses shared adventure to change how people with and without disabilities experience each other, creating more inclusive communities, workplaces and relationships.

Inclusion is experienced before it’s understood. When people take on a challenge together, they rely on each other, achieve something together and leave seeing each other – and themselves – differently. Run InSync brings that experience to a whole city, one morning a year.
