 You must wear your official race bib to enter the race. No bib = no participation.

Your Race BIB is Non-Transferable -  Each BIB is unique to the registered participant, and anyone found wearing someone else's BIB will be disqualified from the event.

 Wear your bib clearly on your chest. Do not cover it with a jacket or bag. Every runner must wear his/her running number bib on the front of the vest. Any mutilation, fold, alteration or damage to the bib will amount to disqualification of the runner from the event.

 Requests for cancellation & transfer will not be accepted and thereby, a refund will not be entertained.

 To ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone, the following cut-off times will be observed:

  • 3 km Run →  1 hour
  •  5 km Run → 1.5 hours
  •  10 km Run →  2.5 hours

 To ensure safetyparticipants must meet the minimum age requirements for each distance:

 Baggage counters are available for all participants. It is strongly recommended that you do not leave valuables like mobile phones, cameras, jewelry, watch, electronic gadgets, etc. in the bag stored. Organizers are not responsible for any loss of baggage and/or its belongings

 If you or another runner feels dizzy, unwell, or injured, inform a volunteer or fellow participant immediately.

 All Marathon finishers will receive a finisher medal after completing the race. Ensure you collect your medal before leaving the venue, as they will not be mailed later.

General Questions

 Everyone! Run InSync is open to individuals, people with disabilities (PwDs), and corporate organizations. Whether you’re an experienced runner or a first-timer, there’s a category for you.


 Absolutely. We ensure the racecourse is accessible, with guides available for visually impaired runners, and dedicated support at aid stations.


 Participants can choose between three run categories:

• 3K – Ideal for beginners and those seeking a shorter challenge.

• 5K – A great option for those with some running experience.

• 10K – For experienced runners seeking a challenge.


The event will be held on February 14, 2026 at Savitribai Phule University, Pune, Maharashtra, India. Exact details about the venue and time will be provided upon registration. 


 Click the “Register Now” button on the homepage, which will guide you to the registration form. Follow the instructions to select your run category, enter your details, and complete the registration.


Bibs will be provided on the previous day of the run. No bibs will be given on the day of the run.


 Yes. There will be a baggage counter at the event. But safekeeping of your valuables is at your own risk, and event organisers will not be responsible for any loss or damage.


Questions for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs)

Yes! Run InSync is fully accessible. We are committed to ensuring that all participants, regardless of ability, have an enjoyable and comfortable experience. We have taken specific measures to accommodate all types of disabilities, including visual, auditory, and mobility impairments.


The venue will feature accessible parking, wheelchair ramps, wide paths, and accessible restrooms. Additionally, there will be volunteers and support staff trained to assist PwD participants throughout the event.


 Yes, PwDs can bring guides or companions. If you require a guide for running, we can pair you with an ally at the event. During registration, please indicate your need for a guide, and we’ll arrange it.


 Yes, blind or visually impaired runners will be paired with allies who will guide them through the run. We ensure the course is as safe and supportive as possible.


Yes, we have partnered with local venues that provide PwD-friendly rooms and services.


Yes, we offer team discounts on bulk orders of equipment and apparel.


 Yes, participants using prosthetics, wheelchairs, or other mobility aids are welcome. Our run categories are inclusive, and we have designed the route to be as accessible as possible.


Accommodation is only available for persons with disabilities (PwDs) who are traveling from outside Pune to participate in Run InSync. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer accommodation to other participants at this time.


 

Questions for Individual Runners/Allies

 As an ally, you might get the chance to run alongside and support a person with a disability (PwD) during the event.  Being an ally is an opportunity to share this unique experience while promoting inclusivity and breaking down societal barriers.  However, this expression of interest doesn't guarantee that you will get a runner with a disability on race day 


During the registration process, you will have the option to sign up as an ally. Once registered, you will be paired with a PwD runner.  However, this expression of interest doesn't guarantee that you will get a runner with a disability on race day 


No formal training is required, but allies will receive an in-depth briefing before the run on how to best experience the event with their partner. Our goal is to make this a meaningful and comfortable experience for both you and your PwD partner. 


 Yes, you can choose to run in the 3K, 5K, or 10K category as an ally. We will try our best to match you with a PwD participant who has registered for the same category.


Yes! We welcome participants of all ages. But minimum entry ages for each run distance are capped as: 8 years and above for 3K. 10 years and above for 5K. And 14 years and above for 10K. 


 Questions for Corporate Participants 

We have a variety of a Corporate organizations can get involved by registering teams to participate, sponsoring the event, or supporting the cause as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. We also encourage corporate teams to join the run to foster team-building while contributing to a meaningful cause. training equipment such as free weights, weight lifting machines, and kettlebells.


 By participating, your company will:

• Showcase its commitment to inclusivity and social impact

• Foster teamwork and a sense of purpose among employees

• Gain visibility as a supporter of disability inclusion and diversity

• Fulfill CSR objectives while engaging in an impactful event


Corporate organisations can register a group of employees to participate as a team in the 3K, 5K, or 10K run. Please get in touch with us for more information. 


Yes, we offer various sponsorship packages for organizations interested in supporting Run InSync. Sponsorship opportunities include logo placements, branding at the event, and acknowledgment in event communications. Please contact us for more details.


Run InSync directly supports disability inclusion, empathy-building, and breaking down societal barriers. By participating or sponsoring, your organization contributes to creating a more inclusive society, which aligns with CSR goals related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.


 

Event Logistics

Comfortable dri-fit running t-shirts will be provided to all participants. Wear comfortable running shoes. If you’re running as an ally, it’s a good idea to wear clothing that allows free movement and comfort, as you may be guiding your PwD partner.


The event will proceed unless the weather poses a serious safety risk. In case of extreme weather, we will notify participants about rescheduling or any changes via email.


Yes, there will be water stations along the run route as well as refreshments provided at the finish line to help runners stay hydrated and energized. 


Yes, we welcome spectators! Family, friends, and supporters are encouraged to come and cheer for the participants, creating a lively and inclusive atmosphere. 


 Yes, all participants who complete their respective run categories will receive a finisher’s medal as a token of accomplishment and participation.
